Main Objective
To plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of Product range in the target areas, in accordance with agreed business plans.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Sales
- Searching for new clients and maximizing Client potential in a designated region
- Traveling to visit potential clients
- Developing new, and maintaining existing long-term relationships with clients
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements in terms of Quality, price & delivery
- Making quotations
- Negotiating and discussing contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
- Payment Follow up & Administering the client accounts
- Offering pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support services
- Analyzing costs and sales in terms of company profit
- Arranging the Product training, if required
- Recording and maintaining client contact data
- Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
- Helping in the design of products as per customer need
Skills
- Good listening & communication skills

- Team Leader
- Grinding machine experience and hands-on experience working as a service engineer will be added advantage
- Background of machine tool sales will be preferred
