RV Series: Our Production Machines Where the Grind Never Stops
This machine is ergonomically designed where loading the component, control access, guard open and close, cross and parallel cut settings and wheel dressing can all be done from one position of the operator in front of the machine.
With a one piece bed, very high machine stiffness, a preloaded spindle grease packed for life. This is a beast of machine when it comes to producing parts 24×7.
The Column has oversize vertical coated and hand scraped guideways fully protected from grinding dust and coolant. Wheel feed can be applied thought a manually operated handwheel or an electronic handwheel with manual, PLC or CNC control options. Choose from several options which coolant system will work for your application, and we will incorporate this into your grinding solution. Coolant is fed to the component through the spindle.
