Remove a large amount of material in each pass with our modern heavy duty Creep Feed Grinders.

We will configure the machine to be able to remove a large amount of material at very slow speeds. The speed of the table will be determined by the volume of material removed by the grinding wheel and the path along which a grinding particle is in contact with the workpiece.

A robust, accurate and heavy duty spindle is at the heart of the machine. It operates within super-precision bearings, ensuring consistent concentricity and balance — essential for high-quality, precision grinding.

Electro-mechanical drives in all three axes provides flexibility for a multiple of profiles.

Ample coolant, profiled nozzles and necessary coolant pressure are key to your successful Creep-feed operation.

We offer dressing options to suit your application and profile. These are mounted on the wheel or on the Table bed for easy and accurate dressing.

Custom programming and controls allows you to grind efficiently and accurately.
