RH Series: Reinventing Precision with Every Revolution
Since the Rotary table only carries out a single movement and because in-feed and cross traverse are produced by the wheel, these machines achieve highest possible accuracies combined with shorter grinding times.
The transverse and vertical movements of the spindle are mechanically driven, completely separate from the table rotation. We maintain an accurate 90 degree angle between all the axes during manufacture.
The various degrees of automation can be extended to fully-adaptive grinding with power-dependent downfeed for optimum yield. A fast approach device can be used to reduce the time needed to grind mass produced parts.
