A specially designed forged spindle supported by precision bearings provides accurate finishing even under heavy duty loads. Accurate positioning of grinding wheels is possible with zero backlash through a precision ball screw, anti friction slide and digital control.

Vertical tilting and horizontal swiveling mechanism of the spindle is operated conveniently through a special screw mechanism.

Through spindle coolant is supplied to both spindles.

The swing arm wheel dresser is hydraulically operated.

All controls are provided within easy reach of the operator.
