Through our tested ball screw and linear guideway design with zero turning moment and backlash, you can be assured of repeatability and a high process capability over the life of the machine.
Automatic dressing cycles and wheel wear compensation through a robust and high stiffness dresser arm is critical in presenting the grinding tool accurately to the workpiece.
Our DDV series are easy to operate with flexible grinding cycles developed by Alex. Tilt and swivel options are easy to adjust and reset. Through spindle coolant is automatic and adjustable.
We understand our Customers have preferences when it comes to Control systems and are happy to provide a variety of options with Tailored Controlled Options.
